What it is
Ruffwear's Float Coat is a dog life jacket built on EVA and PE layered foams that the maker describes as PVC-free, with foam panels placed to support a natural swimming motion. The official page lists a strong, low-profile handle positioned to help a dog out of the water and back onto a boat or paddleboard, an adjustable neck closure that is permanently attached, sheltered side-release buckles, water-compatible webbing, tonal reflective accents, and a loop for the maker's own light.
